What access do I have on the free plan?

Do I have to install it on a PC / Phone?
No, you need not install this on a PC / Phone. Using our dashboard you can easily configure the chatbot and send promotional messages.
Also, using APIs you can integrate it with your Billing Software/Mobile App or website to send WhatsApp messages to your customers
Can I send images, pdf, doc and excel files?
Yes, you can send images and files. You can send your company profiles including text / images to all of your customers. If you want to send billing details/invoice you can do that by integrating with your existing Billing Software/CRM
